On THE ROGUE RIVER

Every year thousands of people visit Grants Pass to spend some time as a Rogue River Adventurer. Enjoy a famous Hellgate Excursion Trip and take a jet-propelled ride along the river. For those looking for something more on the wilder side, the river offers white water rafting and the popular Orange Torpedo Trips. Take in the beautiful scenery of Southern Oregon. There is always something fun to do on the river.

City parks provide facilities for picnicking, walking, fishing, basketball, softball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, disc golf, horseshoes, skateboarding, baseball, swimming and Schroeder Park now has a Dog Park. Just north of Grants Pass, Crater Lake offers immeasurable beauty with a violent volcanic past. For those who enjoy physical and mental challenges, the sport of caving can be experienced along with cave tours at the Oregon Caves National Monument.
